Bulk SMS has full support for the industry-standard comma separated value (CSV) file format, which can be used to import mobile numbers and other data into Bulk SMS.
Once you have imported some data into Bulk SMS, it can be used to create a template that each SMS message is based upon. For example, a video store might export a customer's mobile number, name and overdue movies. A template could then be created that incorporates this information, resulting in a personalized SMS message for each customer.
